Procure to Pay and Bill to Cash Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Procure to Pay and Bill to Cash Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks within the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Bill to Cash (B2C) streams.

The successful candidate will have experience in financial systems and a strong understanding of accounting principles. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily invoice processing (PO and Non-PO), expense reports audit, and support month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledger, inventory, fixed assets, intercompany accounts, and cash management activities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Collaborate with the R2R Supervisor to implement process improvements and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Experience in financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related professional experience in Accounting/Finance (if experience is within an SSC environment, it is an advantage).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
