Job Title: Data Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage, maintain, and enhance critical business data including suppliers, customers, and other key records ensuring smooth financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update data attributes in company systems as needed.
  • Manage and fulfill data requests to support business processes in a closed-loop environment.
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare regular status reports, charts, and KPIs based on existing datasets.
  • Enforce and support data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent and reliable data.
  • Adhere to professional conduct at all times.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in new projects.
  • Lead and oversee changes or modifications to data processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in data management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong general computer skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (asset).
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is an advantage (training provided if necessary).
