Chief Financial Officer

This senior financial leadership role oversees the company's financial operations, guiding strategic planning and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Direct all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury management.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion.
  • Audit and Compliance: Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement.
  • KPI Development: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to monitor financial health and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Communication: Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
