Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and making product recommendations with knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals through effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, replenishing stock and displaying products according to company standards.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently, and stay informed about current products, promotions, and inventory.
- Develop knowledge of product features and benefits, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals, participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improving sales and store operations.
- A minimum of a Secondary Education is required.
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate for at least 1 year is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems are required.
