Dispute Specialist

Responsible for managing disputes from start to finish.

As a dispute specialist, you will be responsible for handling PayPal disputes and chargebacks. You'll ensure cases are handled correctly and on time, following clear processes and guidelines. You will gather and submit evidence such as tracking information, order details, and screenshots, while working with Shopify and Gorgias to verify customer data. Your primary goal is to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling PayPal disputes and chargebacks
  • Following structured processes and never missing a deadline
  • Collecting and submitting evidence (tracking, invoices, screenshots, etc.)
  • Verifying customer data in Shopify and Gorgias
  • Maintaining internal sheets and reporting on dispute outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with PayPal disputes and chargebacks
  • Experience with the dropshipping model
  • Experience with Shopify and Gorgias
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and dropshipping operations
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and process-driven mindset
  • Reliable communication and accountability
