We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Billing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely billing for our clients during a key phase of business transformation.

This is a project-based opportunity that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Job
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Inputting contract terms, pricing and billing schedules into the system while verifying accuracy.
  • Invoice Generation: Process invoices based on contract terms and ensure they align with agreed-upon rates.
  • Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies between contract details & Billing records.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Audit Contract Terms: Verify accuracy of contract terms, pricing and billing schedules before processing invoices.
  2. Generate Invoices: Based on audited contract terms, process invoices that align with agreed-upon rates.
  3. Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and resolve discrepancies between contract details and billing records in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain Open Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling contracts, billings, and invoicing, preferably for a US company.
  • Able to read customer contracts and extract key billing data from contracts.
  • Quick learner who can master various systems, including CRM & billing systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other billing platforms like Quickbooks, Xero, Stripe, etc.
  • Detailed oriented with hands-on approach to resolving issues.
