
Executive Client Partner

The Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of assigned accounts. This includes managing and coordinating client projects from planning to completion, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
- Lead the agencies ideas presentation, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the time frame and budget.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, managing all customer retention activities, taking initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
- Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Prepare and design the brief; and lead professional and persuasive output for all agency presentations.
- Schedule and manage internal meetings, to include team briefings, re-group and coordination meetings.
- Provide able support with immediate head in handling all the accounts assigned.
- Oversee fiscal management of assigned accounts, to include cost estimate preparation and internal and client approvals, assist finance group in following payments and other fiscal matters, in a timely and orderly manner.
- Orchestrate well-planned execution of assigned projects, working with various support groups to deliver successful campaigns, events, and like.
- Ensure individual and team KPI's are met, closely monitoring these and working with the team to finalize strategies and execution.
- Efficiently manage your workload and accurately record your time using the company timesheet system.
- Do special projects for as may be assigned from time to time.
