Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to drive adoption, lead renewal negotiations, and meet growth goals.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customer accounts to provide a high-caliber experience.
  • Implement best practices and train customers to ensure adoption goals are met.
  • Analyze user engagement data to identify actionable insights and report regularly on KPIs.
  • Lead business reviews with key stakeholders to position yourself as a strategic advisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position.
  • Two or more years of professional experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients.
  • Technical proficiency in SaaS products.
