Strategic Support Specialist

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, leveraging exceptional organizational and communication skills to anticipate and address their needs.

This role requires the ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate executive engagement and team collaboration.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle logistics to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and departments, clients, and external partners to facilitate effective communication.
  • Prepare, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports with precision and accuracy.
  • Assist with email management, flag priority messages, and respond in a timely manner to maintain executive productivity.
  • Oversee project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail while utilizing advanced software skills to optimize workflows.
  • Leverage technology to improve efficiency by using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and data management platforms.
  • Handle expense reporting, billing, and reimbursements to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support executive decision-making as requested.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, with a proven track record of delivering strategic support.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high-level projects.
  • High proficiency in office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to maintain peak productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and confidently.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Skilled in using apps and technology to enhance productivity.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time to the role.
  • Candidates must be serious and career-oriented individuals who value professionalism and discretion.
