Diving Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Administrative Specialist/Assistant at Never Die VE Training Center.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and customer service.
- Coordinate Logistics: Arrange equipment and transportation for diving trips.
- Manage Inventory: Assist in maintaining inventory levels of diving gear and supplies.
- Prepare Documentation: Create reports, invoices, and other documentation related to diving operations.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative software.
Requirements- Education: A diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in the diving or maritime industry is beneficial.
- Certifications: Familiarity with diving industry regulations and certifications (PADI, SSI) is essential.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail skills are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative software is necessary.
