Support Staff for Underwater Training

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill the position of Administrative Specialist/Assistant at Never Die VE Training Center.
Job Description- Administrative Tasks: Handle daily administrative operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and customer service.
- Logistics and Coordination: Arrange equipment and transportation for diving trips, ensuring efficient execution.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of diving gear and supplies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, invoices, and other documentation related to diving operations.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative software.
Requirements- Education: A degree or diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in the diving or maritime industry is beneficial.
- Certifications: Familiarity with diving industry regulations and certifications (PADI, SSI) is essential.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail skills are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative software is necessary.
