
Client Engagement Associate

About the Role:
The Client Engagement Associate plays a key role in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients of Serino. This position focuses on understanding client needs, promoting suitable product or solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to post-delivery support. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, have strong communication skills, and are eager to start a career in tech sales and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business needs and recommend our relevant products or solutions.
- Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and networking activities.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations for busdev or technical teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and other client-facing documents in coordination with the busdev and marketing team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Serino products.
- Provide accurate product information to clients and address basic technical or delivery-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (busdev, engineering, and technical support) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Follow up on project timelines, delivery status, and post-sales support requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Collect and relay client feedback to improve products and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ticketing/tracking tools.
- Interest in technology, IT solutions, and digital products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Background in customer service, sales, or client support (internship or part-time experience counts).
- Basic understanding of IT product delivery processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
