Customer Service Representative Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic customer service professionals to support a range of inbound and outbound initiatives for diverse clients. In this role, you'll handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote new products all while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within 80km of our office.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment.
  • A residence within 80km of our office.
