This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of BPO working experience or 1 year of Customer Service work experience, and be able to commit to a long-term work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • At least completed 2 years in college / associate graduate
  • Resident outside 50 KM radius from TaskUs Batangas
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
