Key Role: Lead Customer Success Manager

This is a pivotal position that drives customer value by ensuring retention, expansion, and long-term satisfaction. The role maximizes customer growth through strategic consulting, stakeholder relationship management, and product adoption guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue maximization from existing customers by reducing churn and increasing sales.
  • Identify growth opportunities and realize them through upselling, cross-selling, and partnerships.
  • Enhance customer efficiency and support their growth and digitization strategies.
  • Proactively notice and escalate risks, proposing mitigation measures and acting upon them.
  • Owning the customer relationship to ensure optimal value perception and insights.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in banking or fintech, with at least 3 years in Senior/Manager's positions.
  • Strategic thinking and strong leadership presence.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
