Job Description

As a leader in customer service, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Front Line Supervisors and Staff. Your goal will be to deliver Customer Centered service through a time of significant change.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of 8 to 10 employees across 24 x 7 service shifts, directing the overall service related activities for the team's customer service function, and supporting the company's customer experience and operations strategies.

  • Develop business plans to achieve objectives.
  • Manage external and internal service compliance, identify risk/compliance opportunities, and support assessment and mitigation of identified risks.
  • Drive operational improvement efforts that positively impact customer centricity, accuracy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management capability, specifically related to proactive succession management and performance management within the team.
