Customer Service Representative Job Description

The role of the customer service representative is to deliver exceptional service to customers, providing solutions to their inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide information regarding products and services, meeting or exceeding performance metrics including call quality and handle time.
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, following communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
