Job Title: Sales Caller

As a sales caller, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and building relationships with potential customers to drive sales growth. This role involves working in a collaborative remote team environment to expand the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls using RingCentral
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products and services
  • Record client interactions and sales activities using Hubstaff and other tools
  • Collaborate with the team via Zoom, staying engaged throughout the workday
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Friendly, engaging, and able to quickly build rapport with potential clients
  • Confident, motivated, and enthusiastic about achieving sales goals
  • Strong ability to self-motivate and maintain a positive attitude in a remote work environment
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
