Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Retail Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Your Role:
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives by delivering outstanding customer service, processing accurate sales transactions, and maintaining product expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging visual merchandising displays that showcase our products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand your knowledge of products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, at various mall branches.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and excellent interpersonal skills to inspire customers and build strong relationships.
  • Results-driven attitude with attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate efficiently.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing ideas, interest in working with world-class home furnishing brands.
