We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As the first point of contact for families interested in portrait sessions, you will be responsible for connecting with parents via phone, generating excitement about our studio experiences, and successfully booking portrait sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make over 150 outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by the company.
  • Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  • Book qualified studio portrait sessions while explaining the refundable deposit requirement.
  • Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing our enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Address objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM.
  • Consistently meet individual and team KPIs, including a target of bookings per hour.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment. Experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales is essential, along with excellent communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills.
