Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for our clients. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, articulating the value proposition of our solutions, and driving growth through strategic sales efforts.

  • Identify and qualify potential customers to drive revenue growth;
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships;
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities;
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to align sales strategies and drive business outcomes;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a phone sales role or a driven and eager-to-learn new grad who thrives in fast-paced environments;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a keen focus on results-driven performance;
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Hubspot, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales productivity and efficiency;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience;
  • Keen interest in FinTech and a solid understanding of the industry landscape;
