Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support our organization in a variety of project management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with collaborative web-based tools, strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a good understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support scheduling, tracking, and managing project documentation using Gantt Charts, Jira, or Trello.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and project team as needed.
  • Organize and run project meetings – scheduling, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in defining project plans, milestones, activities, and resource requirements.
  • Maintain project and resource schedules.
  • Prepare and provide project status reports.
  • Assist in identifying scope changes and drafting change requests.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with collaborative web-based tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly.
  • About 5+ years of experience.
  • Comfortable running small to medium-sized projects end-to-end, with support and guidance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

A plus if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in professional services.
