Project Coordination Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client communications, project administration, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all client interactions including inquiries, project updates, and scheduling
  • Maintain constant communication with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Qualify leads in real-time and update CRM deals as they progress through the pipeline
  • Organize complete documentation for each job with easy accessibility
  • Schedule jobs in advance taking into account workloads, travel times, and material/supply requirements
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with construction project management software
  • Proficiency with accounting software integration, particularly Xero
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead qualification processes

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
