As a seasoned project management expert, you will provide high-level support to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure and environmental projects. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in guiding clients through complex project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present comprehensive project documentation required for long-term success
  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure, overseeing all aspects of infrastructure and environmental projects
  • Facilitate client project approvals by providing strategic business case analysis, functional space planning, and other critical documentation
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications to drive timely decision-making
  • Contribute to procurement planning and prepare tender documents
  • Coordinate consultant activities to ensure seamless project execution
  • Represent the project director or manager within delegated authority
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DCC, industry partners, clients, and external parties

This role demands advanced project management skills, encompassing knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and relevant legislation in real property, environmental, and construction services.

Requirements include a minimum college diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related field, accompanied by four years' relevant experience, or equivalent. A preferred university degree in one of these fields, combined with additional training in project management, is highly desirable.

Essential skills include proficiency in applicable computer software and operating systems, as well as the ability to apply project and risk management techniques. You will also provide guidance and advice to employees and clients, demonstrating your capacity for functional direction.

Working Conditions:
  • Typical office environment with occasional travel required
  • Some work may be located on construction sites, necessitating the occasional use of basic safety equipment
