The position of Associate Solutions Consultant is a crucial role within our organization.

We are seeking an individual who can contribute to the implementation and support of our Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology. This includes, but is not limited to, Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in assessment meetings with our Accounts Receivable Services department to develop design documentation in Visio that incorporates best practice recommendations for our AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) intended for our Development and QA Teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and provide problem-solving solutions.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to our project team.
  • Support clients utilizing our AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with our Development and QA Teams to ensure all rules and actions are programmed to match processes outlined during design.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.

  • Work Schedule: US hours, night shift; with willingness to work a flexible schedule and outside of the normal work schedule as needed.
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
  • Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
