Role Summary

This is a Director of Project Management position where you will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing diverse audiences, and overseeing global project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ the appropriate amount of urgency to assist team members with escalations.
  • Handle intricate projects, influence sensitive matters, and manage varied business environments.
  • Oversee more complex projects at customer experience centers, managing global-scale projects.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, develop plans, establish project deadlines, assign responsibilities, lead and direct team members, conduct due diligence, and gather materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of complex global projects, including management and oversight of functional project teams in Learning & Development.
  • Experience in leading and managing direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry, with knowledge of call center financials.
  • Experience in client-facing senior and executive-level management communications and formal presentation delivery.
  • Experience with project management software, spreadsheet applications, and flowcharting tools.
  • Project Management Certification: PMP.
