Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Professional to join our dynamic work environment, offering a meaningful space to grow professionally and contribute to our organization's mission of continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage inventory levels, maintain clear communication, troubleshoot operational issues, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels by placing accurate orders to ensure stores are well-stocked and efficient in daily operations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with teams through phone and text to coordinate daily activities.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and track team hours and activities accurately.
  • Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work setting.
  • At least 50 Mbps internet speed required.
  • Designated home office space required.

Schedule: Flexible 4-day weekday work schedule and 1 day weekend work (ST).

Location: Work from home with a reliable internet connection.
