A senior revenue operations professional is sought after to drive growth across the business.

About the Role

This key member of our sales, marketing, and customer success engine will be responsible for mentoring team members, building automated workflows, and creating scalable reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop integrations and workflows for seamless funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Design real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
  • Automate processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
  • Produce regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
  • Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
  • Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
  • Proactive problem-solver and natural go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
