Job Requirements

At Triune Electronic Systems, Inc., we require an experienced Administrative Specialist/Assistant to support our business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing general accounting tasks, including verifying purchase orders and billings.
  • Sourcing possible suppliers for materials and/or equipment.
  • Organizing, segregating, and encoding receipts to the system.
  • Maintaining updated records and internal databases.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in administrative and purchasing.
  • Prior work experience in inventory management, logistics management, or any administrative experience.
  • Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent computer literacy and organization skills.
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and high organization.
  • Willingness to do field work and lead/manage people.
