We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to support our administrative tasks and people operations. This role involves providing organizational support to both clinic staff and management.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical administration, business support, and general administration tasks including:

  • Providing support to clinic staff on scheduling, time off, and pay queries.
  • Coordinating shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
  • Managing staff schedules, logging PTO, and tracking attendance.
  • Preparing and submitting payroll data through our PEO platform (biweekly).
Responsibilities

This position entails a range of key responsibilities including:

  • Providing customer-facing support for scheduling, time off, and payment inquiries.
  • Ensuring seamless shift coverage during absences or leave.
  • Maintaining accurate staff schedules and tracking employee attendance.
  • Processing bi-weekly payroll through our outsourced provider.
  • Assisting with office supply ordering and procurement.
Requirements
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
