We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day HR functions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to staff members, ensuring seamless HR operations and efficient management of administrative tasks and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding schedules, time off, and payroll data.
  • Coordinate shift coverage during absences and manage staff schedules effectively.
  • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and prepare payroll data through our PEO platform.
  • Assist with tracking and ordering office supplies and medical equipment.
  • Escalate complex HR issues to our partner while involving leadership.
  • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports.
  • Conduct patient outreach for failed payments or missing registration items.
  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and responding to routine internal or patient-facing questions.
  • Help document and maintain internal SOPs.
  • Be accessible via phone, email, and text during EST business hours.
