Job Summary

The role of a Lead Generation Specialist involves supporting senior executives in expanding outreach across key industries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and data mining to build prospect lists.
  • Engage with senior-level executives via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Build personalized outreach campaigns and nurture relationships through the sales pipeline.
Collaboration & Executive Support
  • Assist the President with meeting preparation and briefings.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies and transfer qualified leads efficiently.
  • Support in creating introductory materials and follow-up correspondence.
Estimating Team Support
  • Transfer qualified leads to the estimating team with relevant project information.
  • Gather scope and site-specific details directly from contacts to help estimators develop informed proposals.
  • Maintain a consistent feedback loop between leads and estimators.
Market Intelligence & CRM Management
  • Monitor industry trends and identify emerging markets for expansion.
  • Maintain clean CRM data by logging communications and updating lead statuses.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track lead progress and conversion metrics.
Strategy & Optimization
  • Contribute insights on client objections and response trends to improve messaging.
  • Test and iterate outreach sequences for better engagement.
  • Suggest process improvements to increase the quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach.
  • Strong background in conducting targeted research and building prospect pipelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
