About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced site outreach specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our clinical research initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to activate clinical trial sites
  • Conduct thorough research using tools like Google, NPI Registry, and Definitive Healthcare to identify key decision-makers
  • Utilize your clinical knowledge and expertise in U.S. standard of care research to identify high-priority specialists and ensure effective targeting
  • Develop robust targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic to maximize campaign efficiency
  • Quality assure all lists before launch to guarantee precision and quality
  • Create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and research playbooks to streamline repeatable outreach efforts
  • Write compelling and engaging outreach emails that drive replies
  • Manage and mentor outreach coordinators – assign tasks, monitor quality, and provide coaching and guidance
  • Execute email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Triage responses and hand off qualified leads to the project manager or medical director for further qualification and collaboration
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance in Airtable or CRM to inform future strategy and optimization
What We're Looking For
  • You have extensive experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech
  • You possess a deep understanding of how doctors work – including specialties, referrals, and the U.S. healthcare system
  • You are skilled at reverse-engineering who sees the right patients and can effectively filter them
  • You are a systems-driven professional who builds playbooks, workflows, and logic trees to drive efficiency and results
  • You have proven ability to manage junior staff (coordinators, VAs, SDRs) and bring out the best in them
  • You are an excellent written communicator and can craft persuasive outreach copy
  • You are proficient in Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and Google Sheets or lightweight CRMs
