The role of a Business Development Executive at Tamaray People Solutions Corp involves driving sales growth by developing new business relationships and expanding existing ones. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our company's future by cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing ones. Your primary focus will be on finding innovative ways to drive sales growth and exceed targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize results

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Display or CCTV sales
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and some technical background
