**Job Description:** The HR Generalist position at Gigahertz Computer Systems involves assisting with Recruitment and Onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing exceptional employee experiences.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with other departments, gather data for investigation purposes, and collaborate with legal counsels and 3rd party consultants.
  2. Conduct admin hearings, process disciplinary actions, and attend mediation procedures.
  3. Provide employee onboarding support, including character reference and employment verification, background investigations, and exit interviews.
  4. Monitor employee regularization status, prepare reports, and ensure timely submission.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Labor Relations or equivalent through training, education, and other related experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
