Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical support and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications.

  • Install and Configure Systems: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications specific to the telecommunications environment.
  • Monitor System Performance: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
  • Data Integrity and Backups: Perform regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery measures to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with industry-specific compliance and security standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support and resolution for user inquiries and technical issues related to telecommunications systems.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role within the telecommunications (telco) industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications-specific (telco) systems and protocols.
  • Experience with telecommunications-specific (telco) equipment and technologies, such as PBX systems, VoIP, and SIP.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure tailored for telecommunications, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications-specific (telco) software applications, billing systems, and customer management platforms.
