Technical Support Specialist

Fully remote work opportunities are available for a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to our team members.

This role requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as assigned by the business. We operate 24/7, and your ability to jump in when needed makes all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing real-time support to team members via internal chat
  • Troubleshooting issues in various tools like Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more
  • Assisting in escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Creating how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, technical support, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts across 24/7 schedules as required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding
  • Knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations
