Digital Marketing Expert

Join a global team and take on the role of Digital Marketing Expert, working behind the scenes to help virtual marketing assistants troubleshoot, problem-solve, and power through challenges in marketing tools.

This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise across various digital marketing platforms, guiding Doers to improve outcomes for Founders and keeping the machine running smoothly.

  • Support virtual marketing assistants via internal chat, providing real-time solutions to their queries.
  • Troubleshoot issues in tools like Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more.
  • Collaborate with other teams to create how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to address recurring knowledge gaps.

We're seeking someone with:

  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills.

Bonus points if you have experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding, as well as knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders.
