Marketing Cloud Transformation Expert

This is a strategic role for experienced professionals who can help clients get the best out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The successful candidate will be able to deliver effective marketing solutions that drive business success.
- Deliver end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration and integration with other platforms.
- Lead system configuration and customisation in line with solution design and while adhering to best practices and standards.
- Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required.
- Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders.
- Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacious, detailed oriented and self motivated.
- Knowledge of applications, relational databases and web technologies.
- Strong Data Analysis skills are required.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
