Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our crypto casino projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention, across all key channels.


This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the iGaming industry, and experience managing remote teams while optimizing for ROI in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention
  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:


  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms)
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
