Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-volume email campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Pioneer A/B testing strategies to identify optimal approaches for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Create compelling, brand-aligned messaging that balances sensitivity with persuasive power, resonating with our unique audience.
  • Provide expert recommendations for platform consolidation and future selections, streamlining operations and enhancing campaign performance.
  • Champion customer-centricity, continually seeking to improve the user journey while collaborating with the product team to boost email capture rates and balance user experience with marketing goals.
  • Establish and manage key performance metrics, analyzing and reporting on campaign success using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Maintain subscriber data integrity through segmentation and list hygiene, optimizing campaign results.
