Key Responsibilities

The Area Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of handled stations, overseeing compliance with key performance indicators, and implementing policies to drive business growth.


  • Compliance audits of handled stations are conducted regularly to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Supervisors, Cashiers, and Pump Attendants receive continuous training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as strong communication abilities.

Essential Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
  • At least five years of working experience as an Area Manager is necessary.
  • Experience in the fuel or sales industry is beneficial.
