Job Summary

A versatile technician is sought to perform a variety of tasks including maintenance inspections, equipment installation and modification. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

This role requires the ability to follow established work routines and standards, ensuring quality output under close supervision and guidance. A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with 1-2 years of job-related experience, is preferred. In addition, the selected individual must meet the physical requirements of this position, including lifting heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify potential problems and make necessary repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials required for completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with safety regulations and report violations to Management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, combined with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
