Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician, located in Cebu. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving any issues, conducting preventive maintenance activities, and carrying out repairs as needed. The role requires ensuring that all equipment is running efficiently and complies with safety standards. The technician will also be involved in maintaining industrial equipment and systems to support the smooth operations of the coffee shop.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance activities
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications or training in maintenance and repair
