Maintenance Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervising and monitoring of the in-house technicians/ plumbers daily activities
  • Facilitate water disconnection and reconnection
  • Monitor the maintenance of the water pump and facilitate repairs related to the water facilities (on call for 24/7 especially during emergency water interruptions)
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Troubleshoot  on-site technical issues and provide its solutions
  • Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and ensuring the work's quality and safety standards
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry and environmental standards
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and annual budget as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in maintenance is required for this position.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, contractors, and colleagues
  • Familiarity with relevant water regulations and best practices
  • Proactive attitude and has a work commitment
