Software Product Manager and Project Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Product Manager and Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new software products, as well as managing projects from inception to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, project leadership, and technical skills. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing detailed specifications and user stories, and ensuring alignment with overall strategy.

You will also be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, creating and managing product roadmaps, and setting clear milestones and delivery timelines. Additionally, you will conduct user feedback sessions, usability testing, and create user personas to guide development.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, designers, and business leaders to ensure successful project execution. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, providing training to internal teams, and offering support to users for successful product adoption.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. They will also have experience with product management tools, such as Agile and Scrum, and software testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
