Job Title

A Technical Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of multi-technology and multi-platform solutions. The successful candidate will ensure that technical deliverables are completed consistently, on-time and of quality across departments within the organization.

">Responsibilities
  • Work with concerned units in ensuring projects are properly staffed in terms of numbers and skills.
  • Collaborate with development leads and coordinate tasks to ensure activities progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Review detailed plans and budgets for application system development.
  • Participate in evaluating and selecting vendor systems or solutions.
  • Perform development lead functions including technical design review, source code inspection and defect management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and project management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leading and managing software development teams.
  • Experience in delivering technical projects end-to-end from planning, design, development, testing, to deployment.
  • Solid programming experience (can be previous dev or strong experience and understanding of dev work).
  • Extensive knowledge with design patterns, SOLID principles, architecture reviews.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple SDLC models like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
  • Deep experience in Agile ceremonies, artifacts, principles, and delivery cadence.
  • Experience in producing and understanding technical artifacts, diagrams, and documentation.
  • Knowledge with tools like Confluence for documentation and Jira for issue tracking.
  • Knowledge with on-prem vs cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), scaling concepts, and security best practices.
  • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, performance tuning, and architectural evaluation.
  • Knowledge with testing types (unit, integration, UAT, etc.).
  • Working knowledge with bug life cycle and prevention techniques.
  • Experience in production deployment planning, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), patch handling.
  • Understanding of DevOps tools and deployment automation.
  • Skilled at conducting efficient meetings, mentoring team members, and coordinating across functions.
  • Capable of resolving technical issues, ensuring team productivity and quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
