Lead Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
- This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with collaborative web-based tools, Agile methodologies, and CRM systems.
- Develop project plans, milestones, activities, and resource requirements.
- Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and project team as needed.
- Organize and run project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Previous experience in professional services.
