Job Overview

The role of Solution Assessment Specialist plays a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and delivering high-quality assessment services. This position helps organizations define their strategic goals by providing actionable cloud adoption roadmaps.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Understanding customers' business objectives, articulating relevant benefits, and presenting outcomes through solution assessments.
  • Determining optimal platforms to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment, and complete discovery.
  • Completing data analysis, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Presenting key findings and actionable recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Ensuring seamless customer transitions into post-assessment actions with relevant teams.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions, as well as related tools and subject matters.
  • Assessment discovery platform experience, including assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage these platforms.
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer cloud migration reasons and goals.
Additional Qualities
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Solution Assessment team and a Microsoft/Partner role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • A team player with a learning mindset, able to learn fast and deliver assignments.
  • Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills.
  • Self-direction and focus on quality, with the ability to apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives.
