Job Summary

  • Adhere to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone calls with potential clients to gather case information.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to meet call volume targets.
  • Develop strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
Requirements
  • Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • Strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
